We came to the inaugural RTTW, for which thanks to Martin and the Nene Valley Harley riders.  As to the impression some have that this is a Harley related event, the only thing that Harleys had a monopoly on was the common misconception that their brakes are as good as their donksWink!  It was a real pleasure to be part of and one that will grow to mimic the US phenomenon that it emulates.

I have only just passed my test and started riding so this will be my first 'ride out'! I can't think of a better way of doing it than to join thousands of other bikers in paying our tributes to all our friends and family that have fallen in our name.

Hello All,

Heard about this at our club (Hull & District MCC).  What a good idea!  The chance to show our gratitude and respect.  I hope thousand attend and show the Polititions and Police that we are not thugs but bikers with a passion who respect our Armed Forces in conflict.

As a serving member of our armed forces, and friend to those fallen in battle, I would like to say that this is an absolutely fantastic site and event.

I cant wait to tell the guys and girls at the Chicksands Motorcycle Club. I am looking forward to the ride and give as much support as possible to such a worthwhile cause.

Keep up the great work and I hope turnout is even better this year and continues to grow.

Hope you dont mind REME coming along as well? in my defence I did put up the memorial stone for the Irish infantry there (crane operator). This is one of the best ideas for our lads who have put their cards on the table and lost, see you on the day.
