Ride To The Wall is staffed by unpaid volunteers who give up their spare time to do the necessary work. We strive to offer a friendly and professional service; however response times may not be what you would expect from a commercial organisation.

Our policy is to deliver items purchased within 28 days of date of order and on a best endeavours basis we will always try and deliver items sooner than 28 days.

Ride To The Wall has never made additional charges for postage in the UK. Since the inception of Ride To The Wall in 2008 the postage costs have almost doubled and are now represent significant expenditure to the organisation.

Ride To The Wall will continue with its policy of not charging for UK postage, and would like to give individuals an opportunity to assist us to offset the cost of postage should they wish to do so and have introduced an optional postage charge.
