SHOP CLOSURE 2025
Please note that registration and merchandise will close at 18.00 hrs on Sunday, 21 September and will reopen on Thursday, 9th October for merchandise sales.
If you have not yet registered after we close there will be an "On-the-Day" Registration Form available to download, print and fully complete to bring with you on the 4th October. This will help speed up registrations on-the-day.
Merchandise will be on sale at the NMA on the 4th October.
Returns and Refunds
Your right to Cancel
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please contact us straight away. In any case, this must be within 14 days of receipt.
Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s) and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
However, please note that unless faulty, items that have been personalised cannot be returned for refund or credit.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.
To return any products to us, please:
- 1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
- 2. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
- 3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to the returns address stated on your order.
